• Products with a “Free Shipping” label qualify for free air shipping on orders over $89 USD.

• Delivery time = processing time+ shipping time
• Usually, the processing time is about 2-4 business days, when you place the order , you can see the estimated ship date and delivery time, please refer to this
• Notes: importz-etc.com is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, importz-etc.com is not responsible for delays related to the package itself (such as customs clearance).

Tips

1. When you buy products with a weight over or equal to 50 pounds, the freight charges will be cheaper.
2. Share the cart with your friends to save the shipping cost; otherwise meaning try to incorporate other possible merchandise in one order.
3. Buy more products in one order, you can save shipping cost.

SHIPPING POLICY

If all items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the time you placed it. Depending on the items in your order, the majority of products sold under our label are already in stock. However, if the order was not, one of our staff members would immediately let you know. You could either switch to a similar item or we begin the refund process. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items first and ship the pre-order items once back in stock. The estimated wait time for each pre-order item is stated on the product page. Shipments are not made on weekends and federal holidays.
